NBC censored this part of the Olympics opening ceremonies--a tribute to victims of a terrorist attack in London--because, apparently, they didn't want to make people mad there wasn't also a tribute to the Israeli athletes killed at the Munich games back in 1972. Whatever the reason...NBC made a choice to censor the opening ceremonies from American audiences.
It's especially ironic considering these few minutes were probably the best part of the otherwise dismal ceremony, where the main attractions were YouTube videos played on giant screens, with people pantomiming action on the ground. What is English slang for "crap"?
Bollocks?
